Ardent Valley Company or Ardent Valley or Tourist Info Services or La VégétaLiégeoise or Euregio Discovery Fair or Ardie or vyb-pass (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our" or "our company") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users, clients, and participants in its activities.
This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with:

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. In the event of a change of username and/or password, the IP address will be compared with that of the original registration in the database to prevent any fraud.

Comments
If you leave a comment on our site, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This allows us to recognise and automatically approve any subsequent comments instead of having them held in a moderation queue.

Competitions
As part of our activities, we organise and promote competitions across various platforms (website, social media, online and offline advertisements, radio, television, print media, physical events such as stands and fairs, etc.).
General rules:
- Eligibility: unless stated otherwise, our competitions are open to adults residing in Belgium and/or in the area specified at the time of the announcement.
- Participation: participation is free (except for any costs related to the means of communication, e.g. SMS sending, internet connection). The exact modalities (online registration, paper form, QR code, etc.) are specified for each competition.
- Duration: the start and end dates of each competition are clearly indicated in the announcement.
- Designation of winners: winners are drawn at random or selected according to the criteria specified in the specific rules of the competition.
- Prize distribution: prizes are neither exchangeable nor convertible into cash, unless decided otherwise by the organiser.
- Personal data: the information collected in the context of a competition is used solely to:
- manage participation
- inform winners
- send prizes
- (with express consent) keep participants informed of our future activities
- External platforms: for competitions organised in partnership with third parties (press, media, shopping centres, etc.), a complementary policy may apply and will be clearly communicated to participants.
By participating in a competition, you automatically accept its specific rules and this privacy policy.

Winners will be drawn from the correct answers and notified by email and/or phone.

The winner will be drawn on Monday 3 November.
The winner will be contacted by email and/or phone no later than Wednesday 5 November at 7pm.

Data retention period:

*A "family ticket" refers to a package for a maximum of two adults (over 18 years) and three children (under 18 years included) living under the same roof.
