The concert
The Queen Elisabeth Competition has been revealing the talents of tomorrow for over 70 years: in 2027, their voices will resonate in our theatre.
In 2027, the Queen Elisabeth Competition will dedicate its edition to voice. Also dedicated to singing since 1988, this prestigious Belgian competition has revealed several generations of exceptional singers. The winners of this 2027 edition will then perform during a tour in Wallonia and Brussels, including a concert within our Institution.
At the helm, Sieva Borzak, first prize winner of the 2025 International Opera Conducting Competition (CIDOO), will conduct our Orchestra. A beautiful meeting between two competitions that share the same mission: to reveal and support the artists of tomorrow.
