From 21 to 25 May 2026, the Épicuriales are making their grand return and transforming the beautiful setting of the Parc de la Boverie into a giant open-air restaurant. This event, dedicated to fine dining and the pleasures of the table, promises a 2026 edition rich in flavours and culinary discoveries.
A Unique Gourmet Walk
The concept is simple yet effective: to invite visitors to a true gastronomic stroll. Under large pagoda tents, around twenty renowned Liège restaurateurs and caterers will offer tasting portions at attractive prices, allowing for multiple experiences, from starters to desserts.
Michelin-Starred Chefs and Exclusive New Features
The 2026 edition will once again welcome prestigious chefs, both local and international, in the highly sought-after "Chefs' Tent" for 4 or 5 course meals by reservation (!). A notable new feature is "Le Plaza", a large covered space of 600 m² where 10 award-winning chefs (Gault&Millau) will serve a unique dish at the same price, promoting conviviality around large tables.
